Hydrotherapy Ward off all illnesses and get the body functioning at prime conditions! Don’t discount the benefits of standing under a nice flow of water for a bit of time! There’s one caveat, though. Only use the right knob of the shower! Actually February is the perfect time to try it; the water in the city isn’t even cold in the summer! Experiment with it! Don’t be bashful!
